The weapon received the AK-19 marking. According to the press service of the concern on Instagram, the experimental AK-19 has a barrel length of 415 mm. Its mass is 3.350 g. The rifling pitch of the barrel (the distance for which the bullet makes one revolution around the axis) is 178 mm. Also, the AK-19 received a lightweight telescopic stock with improved ergonomics, a new rear sight and a flash suppressor, which allows you to quickly install a silencer. In "Kalashnikov" they said that the weapon will be shown at the International military-technical forum "Army-2020".
